The community button pointed to an expired Discord invite, preventing users from joining. Replace it with the new OpenNotes invite.
Verified through Discord's public invite API that the destination is the OpenNotes server and expires_at is null. The public response does not expose a maximum-use limit. Typecheck and git diff --check pass. Simplify and security reviews found no issues in this one-line URL replacement. No UI layout or link-opening behavior changed.
This changes the bundled app URL; existing installed builds require an app update to receive it.
