Bump OpenNotes 1.3.2 from build 14 to build 15 to replace the App Review submission with a build containing the corrected Discord invite from #30. Keep iOS and Android build identifiers aligned.
Validation: 61 tests passed, TypeScript passed, Info.plist validated, and git diff --check passed. Simplify and security self-reviews found no issues. No native behavior or dependencies changed; prior build 14 native feature verification remains applicable. Signed archive and submission are tracked separately as release evidence.
