I am a Senior Software Engineer at ProxyFoods building agentic recipe generation with LangGraph, RAG and OpenFGA. I am also a PhD candidate in Computer Science at the University of Thessaly, where my research covers multimodal video summarization, computer vision and audio. I am based in Athens, Greece.

  • 🧠 Before: ML and full-stack work at MyTripMyWay, Behavioral Signals, NCSR Demokritos and Optechain.
  • 🏆 Winner of the "Code the IoT Hackathon" of the MaTHiSiS project, University of West Attica.
  • 🍺 Off the clock I enjoy craft beer, and I pair-program with Barney, my dog.
