One unified, multi-tenant GitHub organisation for Talent Bridge and iMPLEMENTAi, with tbhrc/workspace as the primary human-and-AI organisational operating workspace. Independent repositories remain where a real technical, product, data, security, public-distribution, client or deployment lifecycle earns the boundary.
