Sure, the maintainers haven't required file naming to be consistent, but what's the harm in keeping it consistent?

Equally, there is not benefit for the names being consistent either. The module maintainers each are familiar with where things are and moving them doesn't provide any significant benefits.

If an individual maintainer were to accept a portion of this, I could see this PR being merge-able. I seriously doubt this would ever get merged wholesale.
