Automated events don't fire with a custom namespace #128

What

Automated events (auto-events.js) never fire when the main script uses a custom namespace (data-namespace="ba", sa_settings.namespace) or a custom data-sa-global.

• Expected: with a custom namespace, outbound links, downloads and email clicks are collected as events, just like with the default sa_event.
• Current: the page view is collected, but no automated events are sent. The console logs ba_event is not defined when a link is clicked.

Why

Sites that use a custom namespace to avoid conflicts with another sa_event lose all automated events without noticing.
