Add a small, non-root distroless image that runs celld directly with the built Artifacts Worker and native esbuild. Bun and the dependency tree stay in the build stage. Persistent state uses a named volume; the existing Herdr test environment moves to e2e/Dockerfile.
The existing CI workflow builds and tests amd64/arm64 images on pushes and pull requests. On main and version tags, publishing to public GHCR waits for application checks, all executable builds, and both Docker integration checks. Include anonymous pull verification and README setup instructions.
Update the Worker integration tests for cross-workspace gallery rows, live pagination refreshes, and the existing local connection-reuse workaround. All 21 Worker integration tests and Cloudflare typechecks pass locally; both Docker architectures passed their integration tests locally and in Actions.
