What
Align the Tauri Rust core at 2.12.1 with JavaScript API 2.12.1, store 2.5.0, and clipboard manager 2.4.1. This integrates the overlapping dependency targets from #97, #98, and #100 on current main.
Why
The separate updates conflict after the accepted React, Vitest, CLI, commitlint, and build dependency updates. One coherent integration preserves those upgrades and pairs the JavaScript and Rust runtime packages.
How
Use the accepted #97 Cargo graph with the complete #98 clipboard package record, and the three matching accepted npm package records. Existing application source and workflow gates remain intact.
Testing
Performance impact
Existing CI performance gates apply; no baseline changes.
Risk / Notes
Cargo.toml retains the inherited Rust 1.77.2 declaration, while current main already requires Rust 1.90 through tauri-build/utils. This patch does not increase that effective requirement. Stable CI does not prove compatibility with Rust 1.77.2.
Lockfile rationale
Update only the paired Tauri dependencies using exact accepted package records and Cargo registry checksums. Retain React/React DOM 19.3.0, Vitest 5.0.3, CLI 2.12.1, commitlint 21.2.3, tauri-build 2.7.1, and brace-expansion 1.1.21. The three original source branches remain preserved; superseded originals are closed only after the integrated default tree is verified.
