Syncs the serverless collections proto with qdrant/qdrant-cloud-public-api#510. That PR adds
PrecisionTier::FULL = 4, which keeps exact f32 vectors fully in memory.HIGHnow means light compression. For the full tier policy, see qdrant/qdrant-serverless#273.proto/serverless_collections.protogets the new enum value, andsrc/serverless/grpc.rsis regenerated withcargo test --test serverless_protos -- --ignored.models::PrecisionTiergets aFullvariant, mapped both ways inconversions.rs.Adding
