Replace _PyUnicodeWriter_Update() with _PyUnicodeWriter_SetBuffer(). Add also _PyUnicodeWriter_SetReadOnly() helper function.
PyUnicode_DecodeUTF7Stateful() now calls _PyUnicodeWriter_FinishWithSize() instead of setting directly writer->pos.
