feat(web): add the CrawlProof stats tracker to the landing page - #133

The bbs.profullstack.com site root is the one index.html setup.sh writes; the tag goes in its head with the project id. Member homepages (/~name, <name>.bbs...) are the members' own and are left alone. No CSP is sent, so nothing else changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the CrawlProof stats tag for project
7a26cda8-3a26-409c-94e1-de4961bcfdacto the<head>of the landing page thatsetup.shregenerates on every deploy ($DATA_DIR/web/index.html, the only HTML page Caddy serves from the site root). Member homepages under/~nameand<name>.bbs.profullstack.combelong to members and are not touched.Caddy sends no Content-Security-Policy for this site, so no CSP change is needed.
