Adds support for embedding python in host applications (i.e. TouchDesigner).
There are a few issues that need to be sorted here. FIrst, we need a host API so that we can synchronize sketch
Appcreation so that no single sketch "owns" theApp. This works for environments like Touch where everything is single threaded. Other applications that may want to drive sketches via multi-threading will need a different approach.We add a new
idmethod to all classes so that they can share ids via Python.We add a new
image_update_rawto work with readback in these applications, i.e. to read the raw bytes from a Touch managed texture and write it directly and efficiently into our ownImage.
