feat: PROBLEMS on the map (5b6b)

The map's corner counts the draft's problems and warnings, the same check as the PROBLEMS page, and opens to the list in players' names. A problem clicked opens its node and moves the map to it; one on another page goes to PROBLEMS. Nodes with a problem are outlined red. The map's own warning: a formula a customized sheet leaves off that nothing reads.
