npm run devThe deployed site serves proposal data prebuilt during deployment (public/data/*.json), refreshed every 3 hours by a scheduled workflow, so visitors don't have to fetch it from GitHub. To use the same data locally, run:
GITHUB_TOKEN=$(gh auth token) npm run fetch-data # token optional, raises the rate limitWithout it, the app fetches everything live from GitHub, as it does when a snapshot is missing or more than a day old.
