`/tools keywords` answered "unknown tool". keywords (cli-tools v0.52.0) loads a page in headless Chrome and ranks the phrases its visible text repeats. It gets its own entry, the way crawlproof does, so /tools and /install find it by name; it has no package of its own, so it installs with the cli-tools installer and upgrades with `cli-tools update`.
