Removes the accidentally committed
packages/app-lib/java/bin/main/**/*.classfiles and ignores/bin/in that Gradle project so IDE/compiler output does not get committed again.These class files are not used by the launcher build:
packages/app-lib/build.rsinvokes Gradle and packages the generatedtheseus.jarfromjava/src. The tracked classes had also drifted from the current sources; for example the trackedTheseusAgent.classcontains an unresolved-compilation stub while a fresh Gradle build produces the current agent bytecode.Validation:
