Adds the results of the 0.15.2 plan to its two documents under .agents/docs. Recorded: the releases (#34, tag v0.15.2, the GitCode mirror, mcpp-index#478); GalTranslPP run 36272623612, all steps green, including emit timed after a build (62 s, caused by mcpp#705 and the profile change); and the status of every gap the review listed. Documentation only.
