Responsive UI issue in Discuss footer on mobile

Current Behavior

The Discuss footer has responsive issues on both iPhone and Android. Some footer content is getting cut off, and the Socials section is overflowing on smaller screens.

Expected Behavior

The footer content and Socials section should fit properly within the screen without being cut off or overflowing on mobile devices.
