Hamdi Laadhari

Software engineer, 16 years. Now building with LLMs.

For 12 years I kept high-traffic media sites fast and online — Symfony, Elasticsearch, Varnish, Redis, millions of visits a month. In 2026 I went back to school for AI, because the interesting problem moved.

Most of what breaks in an LLM product isn't the model. It's retrieval quality, latency, cost per call, caching and observability. That's the work I've been doing all along.
