Agent Skills docs now surface the Kernel CLI skill as the recommended entry point for agents that need internet access.

A new skills/kernel-cli nav page (stub linking to skills.sh, same pattern as other skill pages) is added in docs.json. The skills Overview gains a short paragraph pointing builders at that skill for browser, proxy, profile, and auth capabilities when building custom harnesses.
