Add developerName to extensions.com.openai.interface; author.name is not a substitute. Every generated plugin currently omits this required interface field, so OpenAI package validation can reject all 14 exports with plugin_developer_name_empty. The official validation requirements state that interface.developerName is required.

Shorten or validate the generated plugin name because OpenAI limits the combined plugin-name:skill-name identity to 64 characters. With this prefix, codexkit-operations-supply-chain:codexkit-dmaic-improvement-charter is 67 characters, while eight skills in codexkit-marketing-customer-success produce identities of 65–71 characters; those exports can therefore fail with skill_identity_too_long. This limit is documented in the official plugin submission errors.
