Adds REA to Tools for Binary Analysis and Modification, next to the existing native-analysis providers.

REA offers a local CLI and stdio MCP interface for coding agents investigating macOS application bundles and Mach-O binaries. The entry states the bring-your-own Hopper/Ghidra/IDA requirement for deep native analysis and distinguishes evidence from unknowns. It does not claim iOS device control, Apple-internal assets, or unsupported Apple firmware formats. REA's source is publicly available under MIT.

I maintain REA. Checked existing entries/PRs, the public repository and installation links, the contribution/build guidance, and git diff --check. The published 6.1.0 package completed a local Electron directory analysis via CLI JSON and stdio MCP; no new native-provider verification was performed for this listing.

This change only adds a README tool entry. The full Ruby/Jekyll build, RSpec, and Overcommit suite were not run; no YAML format data or library implementation changes are included.
