Native project validation and planning now resolve typed HTTP routes, custom domain policy, explicit origins, OAuth aliases and verified linked-worktree namespaces. Both commands accept --domain; explicit-file validation remains context-free. Local settings can override only the allowed domain/open fields.
Rust owns normalization, inactive-declaration validation, collisions and separate authored/local hashes. The capability-fenced CLI acquires bounded global policy and verified Git context after an input probe, then cross-checks the final report. This previews origins without changing DNS, trust, hooks or runtime state. Native execution and adoption remain separate integration work.
Validation: pinned Rust format/Clippy and 69 tests; 213 independent JSON Schema/compiler cases; 104 transport tests; real compiled CLI routing acceptance (140 checks), existing env/host/core compiled regressions and independent review. Fresh full typecheck/check/privacy/test gates pass: 2,539 CLI tests, 68 skips, zero failures; DB tasks reused valid cache (2 tests). The signed private candidate passed installed routing and linked-worktree planning without host Bun/Rust, native-authored startup refusal, repeat-install identity and deselect/refuse/reselect. Hosted exact-head CI is the remaining gate. A full-suite run caught test mock recursion; captured builtin exports now preserve descriptor assertions across both registration orders.
Release signal: optional experimental native-config capability; existing non-routing wire/hashes remain compatible. No tag or release is published by this PR.
