Let operators complete migration work without manual server access. File transfer, database attachment, and observability controls now follow the same authenticated CLI workflow as other deployment operations.

Operators can transfer files in both directions, attach databases, manage observability, and drive migration checkpoints without manual server access.

Code Review Summary

Adds CLI coverage for migration work: deployment files pull downloads a file to a local path, plus new generated endpoints for database attach, migration update/check-dns, backups, and access. A new observability command family (get, update, alerts, alerts-update) proxies the plugin observability API, and the command reference documents all of it.

🚀 Key Improvements

  • File pulls write to a temp file and rename, avoiding partial downloads.
  • Observability config and alert rules are now reachable through the authenticated CLI.
  • New endpoints and tests cover file pull and observability update.

Large deployment files now stream directly to a temporary file before being moved into place.
Client memory use stays bounded.
The command test now supplies the token required by the same authenticated path used in production.
