Pentobi is a computer opponent for the board game Blokus. It supports the game variants Classic, Duo, Trigon, Junior, Nexos, GembloQ and Callisto.
The program has a strong Blokus engine with different playing levels, a player rating system based on rated games against the computer and a game analysis tool. Games can be saved in Smart Game Format including comments and move variations.
The only officially supported platform is Linux, but releases are usually tested to ensure that they can be built for Android. It also runs on Linux phones (postmarketOS/Nura). Pentobi is mainly in maintenance mode. There are no plans to add more game variants or new features.
