This PR adds temporary process-exit diagnostics to the Windows Python test matrix after successful pytest summaries were followed by action-level exit code 1.
Initial diagnostic PR run 38197027164: Windows Python 3.10 job 114641868242 again reported 104 passed and 6 subtests passed, then the action reported exit code 1. The Windows Python 3.12 diagnostic reported Python 3.12.10, pytest 9.1.1, PySide6/shiboken6 6.12.0, 104 passed and 6 subtests passed, and direct pytest process exit code 0.
For each Windows matrix version (3.10, 3.11, 3.12), the workflow now records Python and package versions, enables faulthandler, logs the direct pytest process exit code after pytest returns, and exits with that exact code. Other test behavior is unchanged.
This is diagnostic instrumentation only; it does not claim a crash fix or a PySide6 regression.
Bot-Triage (CI-Diagnose): Auf Head b9c1999 schlägt diesmal Windows Tests (Python 3.10) fehl (Job 114641868242), während 3.11 und 3.12 grün sind. Im Log: ruff OK, pytest: 104 passed, 6 subtests passed in 1.96s, danach ##[error]Process completed with exit code 1.

This PR adds temporary process-exit diagnostics to the Windows Python test matrix after successful pytest summaries were followed by action-level exit code 1.
Evidence prompting the change:
For each Windows matrix version (3.10, 3.11, 3.12), the workflow now records Python and package versions, enables faulthandler, logs the direct pytest process exit code after pytest returns, and exits with that exact code. Other test behavior is unchanged.
