rof2elf.py zero-fills the gaps SHC leaves unwritten before literal pools. This points the SHC packages at a revision of the script with a
--paddingoption so decomp.me can pass--padding 0xfffor the Saturn SHC entry, as discussed in decompme/decomp.me#2115. The default stays 0x00, so output for the existing Dreamcast entries is unchanged.The script is a fork of Mc-muffin's gist with one added option: https://gist.github.com/masonc15/cb2354b439e35f1400c71edfca7171ca/revisions
