fix: use a single OG image across all pages

Summary

Sets a single Open Graph / Twitter card image (https://i.ibb.co/60Mr2Psf/Document.png) across the site.

Changes

• Update DEFAULT_OG_IMAGE in src/lib/site.ts to the new image (640x360) and point the static defaults in index.html at it too.
• Drop the per-page image prop from every <Seo> usage so pages inherit the default.
• Replace hardcoded og:image / twitter:image in pages that build their own <Helmet> (Construction, Changelogs, Renderbot, TOS, Privacy, ResourcesHub, Utilities, Generators, NativeApplication, Guides, Community, Contact).

Creator pack pages (CreatorPackPage.tsx) still use each pack's cover_image_url; let me know if those should be flattened to the shared image as well.

Testing

• npx tsc -b — no new errors (only pre-existing unrelated errors remain).
• npx eslint on all touched files — clean.
