What changed

• skills/proof/SKILL.md, new: the /ck:proof command. For a request it reads with a fixed list of read-only commands, writes one document to the doc-artifact contract at docs/<kind>/<date>-<slug>.md, counts its words with the contract's command, and reviews it per proof-loop. For a file that exists, or for the plan this session wrote in plan mode when nothing follows the command, it runs scripts/proof-guard.py, says one line with the file, its word count, and its first heading, waits for yes, and publishes. Asked for a plan it writes nothing and names /ck:plan. Only approved, typed in the session, locks a document; the command then stops with one next action and builds nothing.
• tests/checks/P1-S4.sh: moved from tests/pending/, header updated. No check was loosened; none was added.

Checks

bash tests/run.sh: 566 passed, 0 failed, 6 waiting (P1-S5 only). The resume listing runs under bash and zsh, prints nothing in an empty project, and does not take annual-pricing into pricing.

For the author

The plan from plan mode lives outside the repository (~/.claude/plans/), and the guard refuses a file outside it. The skill therefore asks once, copies the plan to docs/note/<date>-<slug>.md on yes, and runs the guard on the copy. If you would rather it refuse, or copy elsewhere, say so.
