Summary

The CI recurrence study was dropped as a dead end and archived under two tags: archive/ci-recurrence-study (the study code) and archive/ci-recurrence-data (its retained data, previously kept on codex/self-hosted-adoption-baseline). That branch is deleted, so the plan and the adoption-baseline record pointed at a ref that no longer exists.

  • metacortexplan.md: the ledger row, the 2026-10-03 execution update and the foundation-acceptance limitations now name the tags.
  • metacortexplan.md: the note about .claude/settings.local.json now says PR Stop tracking the personal Claude Code settings file #15 untracked it and that earlier commits still contain it.
  • docs/operations/2026-10-01-adoption-baseline.md: the preserved-in-Git row now names the tag.

Docs only. No code, no deploy.

Test plan

  • python3 scripts/run-gate.py metacortex_package passes (70-file Journey install)
  • CI on this PR

…ne branch is gone

The ledger and acceptance notes said the study data stays on codex/self-hosted-adoption-baseline. That branch is deleted, so a reader following the old name finds nothing. The data and code are kept under archive/ci-recurrence-data and archive/ci-recurrence-study. Also record that PR 15 untracked the personal settings file.
