Use the media kit API3 Docs logos - #326

Replace the lowercase "api3 docs" lockups with the API3 Docs sub-brand logos from the media kit, and rename the files from Api3_ to API3_. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
