Error Prone 2.50.0 reports 183 new warnings, which fail the build with -Werror: - ReferenceEquality (100 hits in 47 files) and JdkObsolete (77 hits in 43 files, charset-name APIs such as getBytes(String)) are disabled for now and listed with the other checks to analyze. Many of the ReferenceEquality hits are intentional identity comparisons of TestElements, so the suggested Objects.equals fix is not safe to apply blindly. ListedHashTree documents its identity semantics (Bug 50898) with @SuppressWarnings so the check can be re-enabled later. - PreferThrowsTag: use @throws instead of @exception in javadoc - NotJavadoc: drop empty /** */ blocks above serialVersionUID and the orphan javadoc of commented-out methods in JavaSampler and ContextMap - InvalidLink: CookiePanel#DEFAULT_IMPLEMENTATION no longer exists (HC4CookieHandler is the only CookieHandler), drop the stale reference - ExposedPrivateType: TristateCheckBox#getTristateModel returned a private type and is only used internally, make it private Supersedes #6823.
