Google Play rejected the SMS transfer declaration because the video did not establish the declared core function. Clarify EN/RU descriptions, document the evidence and resubmission steps, and add manual description uploads from a fixed commit without automatic review submission.
Include the existing uncommitted store text changes; the privacy changes were already merged in #15 and are preserved. Add the dedicated n8n reviewer configuration and a live webhook check. The deployed reviewer account and Android connection were verified and saved in Play Console App access; secrets remain outside Git. A new video showing this server is still required before resubmission.
Validation: offline Fastlane regression checks, real Fastlane lane loading, Ruby/YAML syntax, diff checks, HTTPS/auth/payload tests, and release 0.0.5 SMS delivery from the dedicated emulator to n8n with matching event ID and HTTP 200. No Google Play upload or resubmission was run.
