Fix password minimum length mismatch between frontend and backend

Problem

The register form in public/login.html allowed passwords of 6-7 characters, but the backend (api_register) requires at least 8. Short passwords were only rejected after the form was submitted.

Changes

In public/login.html:

• Changed minlength from 6 to 8 on the password and confirm password fields
• Changed the JS check from password.length < 6 to password.length < 8
• Updated the error message and placeholder to say 8 characters

Testing

• 7-character password: rejected on the form with "Password must be at least 8 characters", with no request sent
• 8-character password: registration goes through
• Login is unchanged, so existing users with older passwords can still sign in
