Fix navbar accessibility while scrolling

Fixes #87

This PR addresses an issue where the navbar becomes inaccessible when scrolling down the page.

Previously, the navbar used the default static positioning, which caused it to scroll out of view as users moved down the page. This made navigation less convenient because users had to scroll back to the top to access the navbar.

To address this, the navbar's positioning has been updated to fixed, keeping it visible at the top of the viewport while scrolling.

Changes Made

• Changed the navbar positioning to fixed.
• Added top-0 and left-0 to position the navbar at the top-left of the viewport.
• Added z-50 to keep the navbar above other page elements.
• Preserved the existing navbar styling, including its colors, shadow, and responsive layout.

Expected Behavior

• The navbar remains visible while scrolling down the page.
• Navigation links remain accessible without scrolling back to the top.
• The existing navbar appearance and styling remain unchanged.
