Suite à la review de la PR afup#2408 : la propriété Doctrine rejoint la convention de l'entité EventCoupon (propriété eventId, colonne id_forum conservée, aucun changement de schéma). Le champ du formulaire et le template sont renommés en conséquence ; le paramètre d'URL ?idForum= est inchangé.

Description
Déplace le thème d'évènement de Ting vers Doctrine ORM, dans la migration globale Ting vers Doctrine (#2383), en répliquant le pattern de la PR #2387. L'entité est fortement typée (ADR-002) et la requête SQL brut du repository est remplacée par un
findBy. Aucun impact utilisateur visible : le comportement des pages back-office de thèmes et de la page programme publique est inchangé.Changes
