aethctl. Linux desktop developer.

I build Linux desktop systems, with most of my work focused on Ryoku on NixOS.

The stack: Quickshell and QML, Wayland compositors, NixOS, and system tooling.

Selected work. Ryoku-on-NixOS: The official declarative NixOS port of Ryoku, with native modules, packaging, installer work, compositor integration and NixOS-specific runtime bridges. why: A Linux diagnostics CLI that answers questions like why git, why :8080 and why 4312 using evidence from the running system. ryomanager: A Ryoku-native system task manager designed around the same visual and interaction language as the desktop itself. arcane-guard: A focused safety-inspection tool for Linux systems, built as one module of the wider Arcane Studio suite.
