chore(deps): move to cli-messaging 0.236.0 - #575

Store version 2: kind-fact memories become facts, assigned-to links are copied into task assignments; older builds still open an upgraded store. search conversations finds mail by words too. No shared command or help changed; max does not call the removed store APIs (decisions, the fact memory kind, relate assigned-to). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
