The experiment used point observations to recover PBT inputs, limiting meaningful runs to 64 invocations. Use compact native input/outcome export and retain dropped, unsupported, pending and unchecked counts. Raw symbolic FALSE/THREW receipts do not become coverage: fault inputs must come from the existing original-property confirmation with the same named check and original input; successful symbolic inputs require the admitted native coverage contract.

Require an explicit functional-quota/equal-budget comparison kind and publish fullBudgetEligible. A successful PBT quota stop cannot silently count as an equal-budget result. Report campaign, input-capture and native replay costs separately. Guided campaigns preserve explicit point observations and avoid allocating automatic point capture when compact export is supplied.

Stacked on #594 at 59627519c.

Validation: 8 Python evidence/budget tests, 7 real guided campaign tests, main/test Detekt, installed distribution and native four-mode functional smoke passed. The smoke has 4/5 PBT statements and 5/5 in the other modes, with no omitted inputs; all rows are explicitly ineligible for equal-budget claims. This verifies the measurement path and demonstrates no advantage of feedback over sequential execution.
