Preserve IFDS return traces and bounded actor lifecycle/resource ownership.
Coverage: full workflow 38328063614 passed. codecov/patch passes at 98.33%; codecov/project remains red (73.12% vs 74.79%). The first IFDS test activates 18 previously absent inherited source files (362 lines); 17 are unchanged. Coverage of the pre-existing file set rises to 75.08%. This is a baseline expansion, with no lost source-file coverage. Thresholds and reported files remain unchanged.
