Array binding patterns containing rest now consume the iterator, allocate a fresh tail, skip omitted elements without reading their value, and stop advancing after done. If a binding default throws, IteratorClose preserves the original exception. Patterns without rest retain the indexed path; nested binding targets in patterns containing rest remain explicitly unsupported.
Validation: fresh typecheck and focused frontend tests (6 passed) on the exact rewritten head. The complete semantic stack at original #425 also passed the frontend build and 622 tests. Rebase preserved the original source tree exactly. Frontend/JSON/model correctness does not establish downstream USVM execution support.
