Rename Performance to UX and move Hotkeys

Rename the displayed library categories from “UI & UX” to “UI” and “Performance” to “UX”. Move Hotkeys to the end of UX, ordered Virtual → Pacer → Hotkeys in the navigation menu and library browser, and apply the existing yellow/amber category styling to Hotkeys.

Keep the existing internal category key and color tokens to make this a small presentation change.

Validation:

• pnpm test passed: TypeScript, lint, and 525 tests (3 skipped; one existing lint warning).
• Formatting and git diff --check passed.
• Playwright verified category labels, library ordering, and no horizontal overflow at 1440px, 1024px, and 390px, with no browser errors.
