Draft: no policy change needed. The default branch already uses
mode: informfor both scanners. The signed forward revert removes added report hardening; the final tree matches the default branch exactly, with earlier checkpoints preserved.Tracking: #310 (Project 4), pending operator reconciliation. CI is running. Detailed receipts record the separate report-shape findings and scope verification. CVE #69 remains closed.
