fix: improve offline progress display

Summary

• add tqdm-backed stage/progress output to standalone offline verify and restore
• add --verbose diagnostics for object roles, BASE/DELTA details, byte counts, state digests, and timings
• report object verification progress as object counts instead of compressed+logical bytes, avoiding misleading apparent repository sizes
• preserve the v0.1.2 Amulet iterator EOF fix while adding record-level progress callbacks
• keep tqdm confined to requirements-offline.txt; the online EndKeep plugin runtime does not depend on it

Validation

• real repository deep verify: 5 snapshots / 10 objects / 0 orphans
• real restore smoke: BASE, middle DELTA point, and latest recovery point all restored and reopened with matching logical state digests
• CI: pending final package/standalone smoke for this branch
