This PR removes six data files from gh-pages that the Track X orphan sweep deleted from the source (eb42856, 2026-09-01). The site still serves them because publish.yml deploys with peaceiris/actions-gh-pages and keep_files: true, which never deletes anything from this branch. No number of publishes will clear them, so this one-off removal is the only way they go.

Merging redeploys the site, because Pages builds from this branch. keep_files cannot bring the files back, since they no longer exist in the source, and the next push to main deploys on top of this branch as usual.

Not in scope: the structural fix, which is to make the deploy remove deleted files while keeping the pr-* preview folders. That would also clear about 194 orphaned figures, but it changes publish.yml and deserves its own issue.

To verify after merge: the six URLs under https://quantecon.github.io/lecture-python-programming.ml/_static/lecture_specific/ should return 404, while /intro.html stays 200. The Pages edge caches for up to 10 minutes.
