Dissolution of the Flesh drops as a Crimson Jewel, not a Prismatic Jewel. The trade site lists it only under Crimson Jewel.
The current variant's base line had a space after the variant tag, so it did not match any base and the item kept Wereclaw Talisman. Regenerate ModCache, which had cached that line as an unparsed mod.
