Python0.9.0 is on PyPI and PHP0.8.0 on Packagist; both clean registry installs and explicit officialFrontend0.3 compilation verified. Record exact main/tag CI and release identities, close all3alignment blocks, and update stale pending frontend milestone text. PHP never-published0.7.2 preparation is consolidated into0.8.0. Validator still enforces separate adapter gates without requiring permanently pending wording. No normative contract/fixture/version change.57tests and fullrepositoryvalidator passed.
