- Removed --resizableArrays from ScalableTestSuite_NB, so we can test the NB properly with parallel threads. We keep it only for LargeTestSuite_NB, where it really matters
- Removed --resizableArrays from ScalableTestGrids, good for first step
- Removed --simCodeScalarize=false where --resizableArrays is set, as the latter now includes the former
