openadapt seal ..., forwarded unchanged toopenadapt-agent seal ...(OpenAdaptAI/openadapt-agent#70):openadapt seal verify <file|url|->checks a Seal offline against pinned keys;openadapt seal keys pinpins Cloud's keys after a person confirms each key id. An older agent gets an upgrade hint. Merge after openadapt-agent with seal_cli is released; the dependency floor bump follows that release.
