This brings Base Metals to Minecraft 1.19.4, keeping the features and fixes from the 1.18 release.
Local checks passed: 69 unit tests, 39 GameTests, packaged client/server fresh and reload tests, both content modes, matching and mismatched connections, separate upgrades from Cyano/MMD 1.10 through 1.18, generated data, artifact audits and Eclipse isolation. Two clean builds produced identical release jars. The 14 saved-world comparison tests also pass. The GUI test repeats its edit/save/cancel sequence eight times to cover the Linux CI failure.
Release version:
3.1.0.119041.
